These terms describe the rules for using Hyive and the responsibilities that come with an account.
Last updated: 5 August 2026.
Hyive is operated by Hyive Software Private Limited.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Hyive the limited permission needed to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, moderate, transform for technical delivery, and otherwise process that content to operate Hyive.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit posts, comments, images, communities, reports, links, and other materials. Copyright or intellectual-property concerns can be sent to copyright@hyive.com or handled through any available authenticated report flow.
Hyive may remove content, restrict distribution, disable communities, suspend accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, or take other proportionate action when needed to enforce the Community Guidelines, protect users, operate the service, or address legal or security concerns.
Community creators and moderators must use their roles carefully and within the authority Hyive provides. Community rules cannot override Hyive-wide safety, legal, or platform rules.
Signed-in users may use available controls for posting, commenting, reacting, bookmarking, following, blocking, reporting, and account deletion. Account deletion instructions are available at /account-deletion.
Hyive may change, pause, or discontinue features, update these terms, or limit access where operational, security, legal, product, or moderation needs require it. Hyive is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and perfect security cannot be guaranteed.
Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@hyive.com. General support requests can be sent to admin@hyive.com.
